The honest version
I'm 23 and I've been playing out for a bit over a year. Fewer than ten proper bookings. Every one of them is listed on the events page, past dates included - I'd rather you saw the real list than wondered what I was hiding.
What I'd point at instead: every room so far has stayed full to the end. Two of those bookings came from people who were standing on the floor at one of the others. The most common thing said to me afterwards is some version of who was that?
Before any of it there were three years of mixing at home for nobody, which is where the actual work happened - learning that a set is a shape, not a playlist, and that the interesting decisions are the quiet ones in the first twenty minutes.
No agency, no inherited residency, no shortcut. If you book me you're getting someone who will turn up early, sound-check properly, and take your night more seriously than the fee justifies.

Twenty minutes on the phone about the room, the running order, the must-plays and the never-plays. Written down so nothing gets forgotten.

Early arrival, proper sound check, and a set built for your room. I bring my own gear if there's nothing there.

The questions I actually get
Including the awkward one about experience, which is first because it's the one everybody's thinking.
How long have you been doing this?
Playing out, a bit over a year - fewer than ten bookings. Mixing, about four years. I'm not going to pretend otherwise, because the events page lists every date I've played and you'd work it out in ten seconds. What I'd rather you did is listen to a set and decide from that.
Can I hear a full set before I commit?
Yes, and you should. Full recordings are on the Music page and on Spotify - unedited, start to finish, including the slow parts. There are also short clips with live sound on the homepage.
What do you play?
House and afro house most of the time, melodic techno when the room's ready for it, and open format for weddings and private parties. The genre matters less than reading which kind of night it is.
What does it cost?
Less than it will next year - I'm building a reputation, not maximising a rate. It depends on date, set length, location and event type. Send the details and you'll get a specific number, not a range.
What gear do you need?
For private events I can bring everything - Pioneer controller, laptop, headphones. In a venue with a booth: 2× Pioneer CDJ-2000NXS2 or newer, a DJM mixer, and a booth monitor I can actually hear.
How long is a set?
Two to four hours for a bar or club. Four to six for a private party including the quiet dinner stretch. I'd rather play long - the first hour is where a night is won.
How far ahead should I book?
Honestly, not very. My diary isn't full yet, which is good news for you. A couple of weeks is usually plenty; summer weekends go faster.
